Happily I have located three new paintings. Two are residing with my brother in law Tommy McGuire and one is with cousin Carolyn DeCosta.
I have also learned of another artist in the family, a first cousin of my mother on her maternal side Price. His name was Leroy Price and he illustrated magazine stories in 50’s, among them The Saturday Evening Post and McCalls

Chinese lady with flowers is 30×50″ oils on canvas. was painted 1932.
Middle painting is a watercolor, framed and behind glass, about 30×25″
Portrait with Flowered Hat is also a watercolor behind glass. Don’t know the size.
You may ask why I added this photo. Enlarge and you will see a beautiful screen that my mother painted. Bernie on the left, Gere Bernard on the right. Wonder where that screen is today!

Carol, computerspeak is definitely not my first language and trips me up repeatedly, so I’m sympathizing with your technofoibles!
WOW! Thanks for sharing more art from your mother and now also from her cousin! Your mother was a very accomplished artist.
Thanks so much. Now I know things are working! Thanks for the compliments on my mother’s art. I remember as a child that beautiful screen.
Holy moly! You’ve hit the mother lode! And another artist in the family to boot! Leroy’s piece reminds my of the work of Robert McGinnis (my current muse)!!
And that screen! How cool to go on an archeological expedition for images!
Thanks so much, hope some make it home for my family. Found that photo when I was looking in my genealogy files for a cousin. Think it was last in my maternal grandparents home. Sadly all my mother’s siblings are gone. Don’t have much contact with extended family..Thankfully I have the photo. I hope someone appreciates it.
תמונת ממש יפות, מקווה שפעם הבאה יעלה בלי תקלות ויהיה חלק❤️
Thanks, Noam! Glitches happen to keep us on our toes! See, art is in our genes! We have to let it come out!
